Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
- 2 large pork tenderloins
- 1/3 cup orange marmalade
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1 can beer
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions

| Combine beer, orange marmalade, soy sauce, garlic, mustard, and orange juice in a deep bowl. Submerge the pork tenders in marinade, and let stand for at least an hour. | |

| Remove pork from marinade, reserving marinade and cook over open fire, turning frequently and basting with marinade. Or bake in a 450 degree oven for 20 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes more. Test for doneness. | |

| Place marinade in a saucepan and bring to a boil for a few minutes. Place cooked tenderloin a baking dish, and cool. Pour marinade over tenderloin and refrigerate. | |

| Serve pork at room temperature, sliced in medallions with Herb Mayonnaise. | |
