Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (7.5 ounces)
- 1 cup sugar (7 ounces)
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 canned pumkin
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (6 ounces)

| Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine the first seven ingredients. | |

| In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, pumpkin and butter; add to dry ingredients and stir just until moistened. Fold in chocolate chips. | |

| Spoon into greased muffin cups. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes (10 - 15 minutes for mini muffins) or until a toothpick comes out clean. | |
